Nightmare of a stay here. Scam for the price. Nothing classy about this place. Upon check-in our unit wasn't cleaned properly. The bed was made (but hair found throughout, missing top sheet, and stain on the comforter). The floors were not cleaned, and the rugs were not vacuumed. The living room rug is severely stained throughout. There were crumbs on the couch & kitchen counter, dirty dish left in sink, multiple flies flying around. Heavy wear & tear damage on all the furniture. The unit does look like it's listing photos, but when you're there in-person you can tell there's been no upkeep or maintenance (dirty walls, scratches, stained missmatched towels, etc.) Only half a roll of toilet paper left out for us. Blue toilet bowl cleaner was spilled on the bathroom floor. There's mildew growth in multiple spots in the shower. Only 4 clothes hangers throughout both large closets. Overall the unit was a mess when we checked in. There was a load of towels still left in the washing machine! I struggled to get a hold of a human to talk to (their auto-reply "host messages" are AI) we had to leave the unit and they "sent a cleaning person out after hours" but nothing was done when we returned 3 hours later with no communication from the host!!! When I voiced my concerns they barely apologized and refused a partial refund. I had to keep calling to get a hold of somebody at their office. They were definitely ignoring my messages for a whole day. Don't give these people your money!
