Clean room but sadly not enough blankets even when we asked staff they said no air conditioning is abit cold even when u put the heater staff did not greet me as much which sorta made me feel abit well just weird since we are staying here and not a hello feels weird but other than that everything is good.

The room was quite small. The bathroom was built into one side of the room and was only frosted glass for the walls. It could be comfortable with one person but was tight with two. The AC didnt adjust while we were there. It stayed the same no matter what i did to adjust it. It got quite hot at night.

Work area amenities were pretty great. The room itself is pretty small, but having the bigger shared space in the lobby was a good balance. The bed was large and comfortable (although pillows for us were too thick / bulky). Windows were well insulated from street noise. Shower was great too. We liked having heating, lights, tv all accessible via small ipad. Cool spot!

First time at the CitizenM and my son and I enjoyed our stay. Real swanky atmosphere, colorful and eclectic. The bar was clean, the chicken nachos were good and staff were friendly. Check-in process was smooth, self assisted and we were allowed to choose our room. My kid opted for the higher floor with a city view. The room was spotless, bed was oversized and comfy. I’m now rewards member, you can bet I’ll be returning!

The rooms are very modern. You control the lights, air system & TV with the iPad provided. This is a perfect hotel choice for solo and couple travelers. The check in and out process was a breeze! I would highly recommend any citizenM location.
