Staff were all amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and made our stay a pleasure. Special call out to Loretta who was cleaning the room, but every single person of the hotel was fabulous. We love the location, and in spite of some difficulties with the internet and the heating system, everyone's reaction to it and friendly response was just incredible. We will 100% be back.

The staff were super helpful. It is in a fun area accessible to the metro, shops, and good restaurants. The gym was very clean. Breakfasts were yummy. We found the staff exceptional.

Didn't love the $250 incidentals hold, W times square only held $100 so I don't understand why a lower end courtyard in DC needs such a high hold. The room was fine I had no real complaints, multiple opportunities to improve on cleanliness. I don't even comment on customer service anymore because it's extinct.
