This house was great. There were a few minor things that were not clean, but overall good. The problem was parking. It was a very busy weekend and no parking. The community does not allow parking on the street. Reached out to customer service and I was just told first come first serve and it was not their liability if we are towed. Many people had to take the risk, because there was no other options.
Two big master bedrooms with a full bath in each. Fully stocked kitchen. Arcade game, two adults bikes and a pingpong table in the garage. TVs in all the bedrooms. Dishwasher, laundry room. The swimming pool has a slide, hit tub and a lazy river which the kids really enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood.Overall this was much better than I expected! We may stay here next time we are in the area.
Communication with the owner/ vacasa was terrible. When we arrived, with children wh had been in the car all day and excited to swim (the primary reason for coming) we could not find the pool pass anywhere. There was nothing explaining we needed one/ or where to find inlt, in the home or in our email. We got all dressed in our swimsuits amd went down to the pool only to find it locked. So we searched the house high and low for a key and could not find one. We messaged the owner, didnt hear nack for over 30 minutes, so messaged again, theu said give me a moment, never messaged me again. So i asked again, only for them to wvwntually say "ask the front desk". We never got to swim that day or evening. We eventually found the key, tuckedd away u der a bunch of charging cords. The comminicayion was terriblw. And for that reason i ddidnt enjoy staying here. Also, the water slide was down, even though it was advertised that it was open. Had we known that we would have chosen somewhere else to stay.
