We arrived on friday around midnight... The African American girl working at the reception was nit friendly at all. & seemed irritated to work there Tell her to stay home if she can't be nice & helpful. Other than this , everything was good The african American guy at check out was very nice The housekeepers & the restaurant ladies very nice Hotel was, Clean & organized

Room was good, staff was great but there were people screaming in the hallways and loud bangings on the walls. I was too scared to call the lobby and say something. Also there was a poor issue and water was shut off for 4 hours in the entire building. They claim Expedia was informed about this. I could have booked something else
