This is a beautiful historic hotel. The bathrooms are small but the location is amazing for easy access to everything in Georgetown. I stay here whenever I can find a good rate.

The property is centrally located in Georgetown with lots of excellent dining options. It is a walking distance to all the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, as well as to Georgetown University. The hotel has a historic vibe to it, and with the recent lobby renovation it looks very modern and clean. I just wish they would update their bathrooms in the rooms because they look and feel dated.

Trash overflowing in lobby on a busy Sat. Room service trays outside elevators all day I alerted front desk that one of lobby toilets appeared clogged and disgusting. They barely looked up from their phones.

Perfect location

The hotel was nice with a spacious and comfortable room. Location was perfect and the gym super with new equipment. They had a free filtered water station. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room as it is said here on hotels.com.
