The noise made it impossible to stay, so we checked out early. The employee did not provide a receipt and just said “you’re all done.” Strangely, I still received a checkout reminder the next day as if I was still staying. Very unprofessional experience.

Rooms are large and very clean for the price. Location cannot be beat if you want to stay in Georgetown and stroll around one of the most beautiful and historic areas of the city. Restaurant is quite good. Gym equipment could be updated though.
