First they couldn’t find our reservation. The. When they did the key didn’t work and I had to go down three times to get it to work. They redid it.
The mattress was very old and very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep for the whole four nights.
The blanket was to small for the bed , it was a king bed with what was a queen bed spread.
There was no bottled water for the coffee.
The hot water in the shower and sink took at least 15 min of running to get hot.
The staff was very nice.
Location great close to many things.
Not really any restaurants near by. Starbucks was there and very efficient
Restaurant was ok. But the waitstaff was very nice.
We had a great visit to Washington DC despite the shutdown of all museums.
So hotel was conveniently located and staff was. Igreat. We are ver disappointed in the fact we were exhausted from lack of sleep due to very bad mattress.
