Room for improvement

You need to have more than 1 person working at your front desk. The young lady working in the evening and the gift shop needs to improve her social and communication skills. She needs to understand that customers are not an inconvenience and she needs to stop playing on her phone while she's on duty.

The hotel was very clean. Dealing with front desk Lyric was a breeze. She was very courteous and helpful, accommodating my 2 room reservation. The breakfast was exceptional!!! No self parking just valet parking available. Only 6-7 minute drive from DC, great location.
