Kasa Del Ray had a few issues during my stay. First, the room I was initially assigned didnât match any of the photos on the listingâit simply wasnât shown on the site. After I raised the concern, I was moved to a nicer room.
Second, there was a recurring fire alarm issueâone day it went off for several hours, and on another, it lasted a couple of hours. It was disruptive and frustrating. Additionally, the front door keypad lock to enter the building was broken - usable, but broken (see image).
On the positive side, the staff was responsive and easy to reach. Parking was free and plentiful, which I appreciated. The Del Ray location is fantasticâvery close to DC and a charming, walkable neighborhood with everything you need nearby.
