Not really sure the last time things were replaced or fixed in the room. There was a hole in the bathroom wall from the door knob, no lock on the bathroom door and the towel holder was falling apart. The room smelled like a smokers room and the charging port in the lamp did not work.
I stayed here since it was probably the lowest cost place I could find to stay at that was in Washington DC. However you get what you pay for. The hotel was very dirty and run down. Very noisy at night. It is close to Metro so easy to get around via transit which is a good thing
This was without a doubt the grossest place I've ever stayed. There was mold on the shower curtain, the sheets were not washed, the tabletops had grime on them, the ceiling was so thin that every tiny movement from people above you resonates loudly through your own room, every single towel had mysterious streaks of brown and black PLUS random letters written in marker, and when you call, their phone line is always busy, disconnected, or it rings forever without being answered, and the desk is unmanned. Horrible place I will never stay at again. I will never stay at any Motel 6 again; it was that bad.
