I was very disappointed with my stay. Room Key card didn’t work the first night. Was given access to my room by guest services. Had to leave my room propped open to retrieve my food order. Then what took me out was there was no hot water the first night. I was told TWICE that the engineer would be coming by (but no one showed up and the phone just rang at guest services). The next morning I called again the hot water situation was semi-fixed (the water got really warm) and my key card was fixed.

Ashley at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind to us after we had a flight cancellation and went out of her way to accommodate us. Maria at the bar was also extremely patient and friendly! These two ladies are wonderful! However the gentleman in charge of the bar that night, was extremely rude and disrespectful regarding the listed price of a bottle of wine.

Very busy. The hotel looked great, however, I didn’t have the chance to explore the facilities. If I’m back in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here again. One thing I can say is the bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept in at a hotel in a very long time!
