This was a really nice hotel. Our only issue was the restaurant. They had ONE single person managing the bar (evening) or to-go coffee (AM) AND taking restaurant orders and delivering food. I do NOT blame the server at all. They were over-extended. I never got the sausage to go with my pancakes for breakfast, but I didn't want to bother the server because he was so overwhelmed. Pretty soon the hotel is going to make the server cook the food as well!!! Just another example of a business trying to squeeze every penny of profit rather than hiring a couple more people. Also, please put more hooks and towel bars in bathrooms for hanging stuff.

Shuttle was late for pick up. Hotel Operator never came back on the line after a 15 minute wait. Room had an interior room door that couldn't be unlocked. Crazy high price for a standard bottled wated.

I enjoyed this property very much. Very clean and neat, excellent gym facilities and nice neighborhood. I felt very safe in the evening when we went for a walk and just an overall nice place. The staff was very kind but I still have to check in about the charges for parking and such, that was an added charge I wasn’t expecting and pretty pricey.

My room smelled of mold. Staff was very, very, very unfriendly. I informed the staff that the elevator was not operating properly. I was told nothing is the matter with it and the next day that particular elevator was shut down. I had a voucher for breakfast and the person working the buffet angrily wanted to know if I paid for my food. He made me feel like a criminal. I travel for work and have stayed at many hotels. This one I would not recommend. There are many others in the area.

I was just a little bit surprised that with the checkout being at noon that I wasn’t given a $25 food voucher for me to have breakfast on my last day there. I was given a voucher for the afternoon I arrived, and the following two days, but no voucher on my day of checkout maybe that’s normal, but it just seemed odd for me that I got a coupon on the day of check-in, but not on the day of Check out.

Arrived onsite, receptionist stated that Expedia and them have had some issues with booking. I had booked a room with a balcony, they gave me a regular room but they ended up correcting the issue once I showed them my confirmation. Very clean, very nice, very polite. Would book again.

At check-in, I was obligated to purchase a $25 voucher that can only be used at the hotel restaurant. I had already eaten dinner and will be departing early, so the voucher is useless. I explained this to the front desk at check in, but they said it was a new policy. I told them that this was not revealed to me at the time I booked the room. They responded that it was because I used Expedia. So, I'm out $25. It's not so much the money, but more about truth in advertising. Please advise.Thanks in advance.
