The hotel is a little off the beaten path, not that close to Old Town, despite the name, but it was clean and well-maintained. The room was sizable and clean. The breakfast had good options and the fitness center was also good. There were multiple middle school groups there but I didn’t hear or see them until breakfast, meaning the staff did a good job keeping them Separate from other guests. Overall a great stay.

The facet in the bathroom leaked the whole time I was there.There was no glass in the bathroom to brush my teeth. When I asked for a glass they said all we have are plastic cups. I have stayed in Days Inn that were better equipped. I am not going to use Marriot as a hotel choice in Washington DC again. For the price of the room I expected way better accommodations

We loved everything about this property! We parked our cars and never had to move them because of the easy access to the metro that was only a 15 minute walk away and close dining options nearby. The area was quiet and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly the location — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area super convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. However, the hotel itself left a bit to be desired. The rooms were a little stuffy, and the décor felt a bit outdated. The cleanliness was acceptable but not spotless, and we had a couple of minor maintenance issues. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed, especially during check-in and breakfast hours. Speaking of breakfast — it was basic at best, with limited options and often ran out of items if you didn’t get there early. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location over luxury or amenities. I probably wouldn’t stay again unless I couldn’t find something better in the same area.
