Great place for affordable price! It’s an apartment.. full kitchen, spacious, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, the best hot shower with strong water pressure. We walked from here to all of the monuments and memorials. The food downstairs was delicious and fresh!! All the staff from the front desk, to the cafe and even the parking assistant were friendly and helpful.

Solid location with great amenities

My friends and I were surprised by this hotel but in a good way. We had never stayed in a place with a dull, dedicated kitchen with an actual fridge and stove but loved it. Definitely helped save some money on food and drinks which meant we could spend more around town. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating when we needed extra towels. The location was solid, not in the heart of the action with lots of people but in an area that was walkable to the attractions and places to eat or grab a drink. Parking was also solid. I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends when they visit DC. The value is great.

Wonderful hotel.

It was a wonderful hotel to hang around D.C. Almost every scenery building is in walking distance. Room is spacious and clean. If I come back to D.C., I absolutely will stay here.

Improvement on housekeeping

The rooms are spacious and amenities are good. The hotel is located in walking distance to the National Mall. It might be helpful to review the housekeeping process. Although daily housekeeping service is provided, I noticed a bit of litter from the previous day still on the floors of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen after cleaning.
