The good: plenty of room, big kitchen and fridge, big bathrooms and closet space. Very clean (other than one exception noted below.) Great location, building seems new, rooftop patio and pool area is phenomenal, complimentary coffee in lobby, NoMa is a nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and museums. ~25 minute walk to the Mall.
The big issue: the bed/mattress in the master bedroom in unit 601 is so worn out it should be thrown away. The sag in the middle was so bad. It was practically cartoonish how bad it was. We had to sleep on the outer edge of the mattress.
Minor issues: no chair in the living room as shown in photos so less seating than expected, no remote control for bedroom TV, front bathroom toilet was full of hair and dirt (cleaners likely emptied vacuum into it and forgot to flush - kinda gross). It’s owned by a management company so it doesn’t feel “homey” like other VRBO properties we’ve stayed.
