Great working distance to the metro, the the historical sites. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff where friendly but on check out the staff member of the desk was on a private call with their family on loud speaker and on video. This was very unprofessional, loud and not very relaxing as they mentioned several times how tired they were at a 12 o'clock check out.

It was a great location and very friendly staff. Our room was right above the bar/restaurant and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night. Not a problem on Sunday night. The room itself was great and had a nice sitting area.

I thought the property was clean and quaint. The young lady at the front desk, OMG I forgot her name, was so professional and polite and was great at customer service. She was black, lighter complexion and provided options for dinner. How could I forget her name? Whoever was at the desk on October 8th, she was also a good salesperson for your property. I kind of liked the room, but it was a little awkward to due placement of the furniture. The refrigerator was buzzing in my room (I believe 501) and the bathroom tub faucet was loose and the bathroom was a little small. The location was great and I will probably come again, but reserve a larger room.

Good area. Average hotel. Fulfilled my purpose but nothing extra or exceptional. Got bitten by mosquitos every night. Never has happened at any hotels I've stayed at. The windows I think have weak points that allow for mosquito entry.

We had trouble with the shampoo dispenser in the shower and TV didn't work on the all the channels but overall everything else was fine.

Good location for the event I was attending. The only thing that would be better is having a ramp option for entering the hotel. There were brick steps on the outside and then several more steps inside to get to the lobby area.
