Great location and Family Friendly

The apartment is beautiful and very family friendly. There were plenty of toys there for our kids and Ariel is extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area.

Great house in Waterford

My family enjoyed our stay in Waterford. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Ariel was great and promptly responded to any questions we had. Would certainly stay again.

Cute property in a quiet neighborhood

Great stay in a convenient location. We stayed in this property as we dropping off our daughter to RPI. It was an 15 min drive for us. The apartment was clean, well stocked. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

This was a beautiful place and the owners thought of everything you would need to be comfortable! Including children. I plan on going back again. Its right on the Hudson river with beautiful views and we were there in January!

Cozy waterfront lodging

I came up for the weekend with my friend as a getaway from the city (Baltimore). The lodging was comfortable and had all the accessories we needed. My favorite moments were in the mornings when I could drink my coffee and read peacefully right by the Hudson river. And thanks to a recommendation from Ariel, we were able to have a great hike up by Lake George to round out the weekend.

Gorgeous Hudson River View

Very roomy, quiet home, with well stocked kitchen equipment, and block out curtains in the bedroom for late sleeper. Quiet street, on street parking but easy to come by, convenient washer and dryer if needed, but the absolute stunner was the backyard with porch and chairs, picnic table at midpoint and a lovely patio directly next to the river with comfy chairs.

Charming Peace

This home has so much character. The wood trim, old vents and even the bathtub. You walk out the back and the Hudson is right there. Such peace. If i am ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Great home for a family to stay in

Accommodations were wonderful. So many large appliances and kitchen items to use for cooking for a big family. I appreciate the amenities in the bathroom also. Owners are very nice, helpful and quickly responsive. Waterford is a cute little town to stay in right outside of Albany and has some great little restaurants and downtown shops within walking distance as well as a grocery store about 5 minutes drive away. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfy. Overall we had a great stay

Communication was exceptional with the owner. Very quick and answered all my questions. There were detailed check in and procedures in the home and how to’s. Will definitely keep in mind when visiting the area. Oh and the views in the backyard were beautiful! Nice neighbor’s too!

Very clean, well kept property. Home came with all supplies needed. Host was very friendly. The only negative was the claw foot tub. Beautiful antique. But as a shower, it was difficult getting in and out. I would be worried about a senior aged person using it.

Waterford Riverview Apt

The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.

respite with family following surgery

We stayed for two weeks following a surgery and Ariel, the owner, was extremely considerate of the situation. She ensured steps and walkway were shoveled and salted at all times and checked in to see if we needed anything. We had a couple of minor maintenance issued that were addressed immediately. The house was clean quiet and perfect for our needs with the only exception being the shower which is not ideal for someone trying to get up that high following surgery. Beds and couches were extremely comfortable. Thank you, Ariel, for your hospitality.
