Property had lots of parking & great location. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Did not use the spa tub nor the fireplace but nice features in cooler weather. The property is obviously undergoing renos but the price reflected that and did not impact our 3 night stsy in any way. The location cannot be beat and having the lakeshore and good restaurants mere minutes away was such a treat. The falls were a 6-10 min walk from the property. Terrific value for our stay!! Would definitely recommend to others and would book here again.

We arrived at the hotel around noon and asked if it was possible to check in early. The manager informed us that our room was not yet ready but asked us to return around 2:00 pm. When we came back at 2:00, the manager said the room was still unavailable and that he would call us once it was cleaned — however, we never received any call. We were finally able to check in at 4:00, but even then, our room was still not ready until 5:12 pm, while other guests seemed to check in without delay. Throughout this time, the day-shift manager offered no assistance or paid attention with customer's request. When we did get into our room, we found that the TV was not working and the staff was unable to fix it. In addition, the facilities felt old and poorly insulated, which made the stay uncomfortable.

I had no prblem with the property. I do have a problem with your surveys I am Visually impaired and the font on the email is ridiculously small even with 375% magnification and with the magnifier the letters run together and are unreadable

Convenience was a plus and walking distance to all eateries. There was a lot of running water noise coming from somewhere and the ceiling fan and lights coming from streets. The blinds were not good for blocking disturbances from the road.
