We arrived at the hotel around noon and asked if it was possible to check in early. The manager informed us that our room was not yet ready but asked us to return around 2:00 pm. When we came back at 2:00, the manager said the room was still unavailable and that he would call us once it was cleaned — however, we never received any call.
We were finally able to check in at 4:00, but even then, our room was still not ready until 5:12 pm, while other guests seemed to check in without delay. Throughout this time, the day-shift manager offered no assistance or paid attention with customer's request.
When we did get into our room, we found that the TV was not working and the staff was unable to fix it. In addition, the facilities felt old and poorly insulated, which made the stay uncomfortable.
