Our stay

Had an issue with the tv remote, a towel hook which came off its base, and a dresser drawer sliding open when clothes were place in it. As soon as I reported the issue with the remote the front desk person came up to the room to address the problem. They 1st tried reprogramming the remote, then replacing the remote, and then offered us a new room.

Check in was easy, the lobby was nice and welcoming, staff was courteous, my request for a first floor room was granted, breakfast was great, it was quiet and had easy access to our room and parking, great workout room as well...we had a great stay despite the fact the pool was closed and drained 😕 that was disappointing.
