Manresa Meadows est une location trÚs spéciale de vacances sur la belle superficie à seulement un pùté de Manresa State Beach. Méandre vers le bas l'un des chemins de fleurs sauvages bordées par de belles acres de prairie à la zone de pique-nique privé eucalyptus-ombragé, complet avec firepit, tables et chaises en teck pique-nique. Hiboux et une variété d'oiseaux intéressants sont souvent vu dans les arbres entourant cette partie de la succession. Suivez le chemin vers les hauteurs pour une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de Monterey.

Amazing property and great location. Only complaint is the check in process. You have to pick up and drop off keys at the property management office which is about 10 minutes away. This is a first, as I’ve always had either a keypad or a lockbox. Not terrible, but inconvenient nonetheless. Other than that, everything was great. Don’t forget to bring extra towels for the hot tub and the beach!

Dog Disneyland

Amazing location near the beach with vast stunning views. Huge backyard that has no foxtails and park setting with a long path and soft grass. We planed to spend most of the time on the beach, but our dog had such a fantastic time running around in the backyard, that we ended up sitting outside and watching her play. She was exploring, jumping, running, and having an amazing time. Patio is overlooking the acreage, so we saw her all the time. Hot tub is amazing.Owners live next door and are very friendly and helpful. Check in process is unusual: we had to pick up and drop off the keys from a different location instead of a lockbox with code at the house, like all other places that we stayed at.

Your own oversized dog park near the beach.

We initially chose the property for the dogs, but keep coming back for the “everything”. It doesn’t just allow dogs, it gifts your dogs with their own private HUGE dog park. Peaceful surroundings. Listen for the owls in the eucalyptus trees at night. Hot tub has always been functional, clean and hot.

Spacious, dog friendly home near the beach

Spacious home, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and tableware but almost no staples or condiments. For example a coffe maker, electric kettle and French press but no coffee or tea. Large lots has wide, hard packed trails that invite you to wander to the strategically placed benches and enjoy the view. Very dog friendly. Really enjoyed both the fire pit and hot tub. Even though the owner uses a property management company, he really was happy for us to call him directly and he promptly took care of our concerns. Overall a very good experience.

Great house on pretty acreage with good views. Out of the hustle and bustle of Santa Cruz and a block or so from the beach. We loved using the hot tub after the beach and perusing the pretty backyard. We didn't bring our pups but they would've been safe and really would've enjoyed it. Bob, the owner, lives next door and was very helpful when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. We will find our way back here!

Family Wedding Retreat

Local wedding attendees needed a quiet place to retreat. This house was very nice, quiet and very lovely. Well stocked with utensils and friendly owners next door. We will definitely be back to this beautiful place so close to the beach and wildlife observation. A must stsy for bird watching.

Wonderful

We loved our stay! We had a beach vacation with three generations of our family (age 8-74) and our dogs. The house and nearby beach were beautiful. The fully fenced property was such a wonderful option and there were so many convenient dog features. The kids had a great time in the backyard meadow space and there was a fun hammock and football. Star gazing in the evening. Really great memories made! Note the stairs downstairs are pretty steep, but it’s possible to stay entirely on the first level of the house. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable. The beach is just down the street, about a block away. The check-in process was easy but does require going by the property management office which is 10-15 minutes away. Everyone we interacted with, from the property management staff to Bob who cares for the property, were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this rental, we hope to return.

A perfect retreat

I stayed here with friends for a weekend, and we all loved the property. It was easy to find and get to, yet felt very private and secluded in a peaceful, relaxing way. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor entertaining area, including the hot tub, were ideal. We loved being so close to the ocean - just an easy walk away. Everyone in property management was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. I would love to return here with friends and with my family.

Great birthday weekend

The property is huge and beautiful! Completely fenced and our dog loved exploring. Fire pit is great with firewood provided. Enjoyed the hot tub. Close to the beach. Large living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were perfect for 3 couples. Loved that they provided dog beds and bowls. Bring throw blankets if you want them - that's the only thing we said we wished they had for us.

Relaxing, clean and dog friendly

Our family very much enjoyed our week-long stay. The home is clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's a good sized (and wonderfully bright) living room/dining room. The beds are comfortable. The huge yard was fantastic for our dogs, and we appreciated the short walk to the beach. There's even a secure, sunny dog run area with an outdoor shower for dog washing and drying after the beach.
