Everything was broken in our 1st room & she treated us like we were overreacting. Followed me around the room double checking. 2nd room wasn't much better
Iâve stayed here before (August) which was nice but the floors were filthy! Went again (October) and everything was clean. Thank you, weâll be back soon.
the room was a good price and reasonably comfortable, even though a bit outdated / worn out.
there's some road noise from the street.
what i really didn't like is finding a bunch of hairs in my bed sheets, they obviously hadn't been changed between guests.
this is not acceptable, i won't be back despite the low price.
When I arrived the person checking my finance and I in had to FaceTime Iâm assuming the property owner to get us checked in. Despite having a reservation through Expedia it took almost 10 minutes translating and singing into a hotel that had a thin mattress and even thinner bedding. Went
To the restroom to find hair around the trim of the floor, and a wet dirty tub. The tv was EXTREMELY small for how far the distance was between that and the bed. All around an odd stay out of all of my travels. Unfortunate to say. I wish I could say we enjoyed it but it was one of the worst places my finagle and I have encountered. We stayed in room 108.
Staff was not very polite. The TV didnt work when i went to complain there wasn't anyone that could fix it. The shower curtain was dirty and the back of the door had dirty hand prints on it. We've stayed there before and it wasnt this bad. When I asked about a refund for part of my stay i was told that he would have to talk to his boss and that they would have to work with Expedia if there would be one. I was very disappointed with this statement.
Yes,parking was easy. The woman at the check in desk didn't speak any Engish. If I had a question I spoke to a phone. No face. The room was dirty.the door looked unsafe, no coffee or tea available in room or ice available. I would not recommend this Inn to anyone!
