Upon entering the room the bathroom was dirty and had stuff on the toilet seat and the room was super cold and took 45 minutes to an hour to become a comfortable temperature on a fridgid cold day and there wasnt a sheet or blankets for the sofa bed at all

Front staff was shockingly unhelpful. I waited for a full hour upon arrival for them to find my reservation, and allow me to check in. Hotel was old, room smelled terrible, and the bed was rock hard. Would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again.
