I absolutely love staying here. The lobby is stunning and so spacious. The rooms are cabin cozy and lots of room for the family, even the fur ones! They are very accommodating for pet companions. Both my dogs agree this is by far their favorite place to stay. Plenty of room for play in play. Then the pool wow! Best hotel pool

It was an interesting place that is obviously in transition. The photos make the hotel seem more like a newer resort but it is only partially updated. The pool and hot tub are nice, but sectioned off from a construction zone of a huge former water park. Our room had old, thin, scratchy brown blanket on one bed and a newer comforter on the other. The decor was from the older frontier themed hotel - with chipped paint and broken blind strings. The staff was nice, but there were too few of them. The front door person also serves as bartender, restaurant waitstaff, and maintenance staff. We had hoped to enjoy many of meals on site but there was not enough staff - and there are only 5 food choices, total. They don’t offer housekeeping even if you start for many nights. I asked for service but was told they were short staffed. We had to request shampoo/body wash, towels, and garage bags multiple times. Again, the staff were very nice and tried to make up for the shortcomings by offering free meals. But the owners shouldn’t be trying to fill this place up with customers until they can meet basic expectations.

Nice place overall, the location was convenient to the ski hill but there were some issues. the TV didn’t work, there were never towels by the pool and they need about twice as many staff to help customers. Rooms seemed clean and were large enough for our family.

Staff were lovely however clearly understaffed. The bathroom, especially the tub and shower were so deteriorated and rusty that no one in our room would use it. I was given a 14% refund when complaining but that doesn’t make up for it. The breakfast was dismal, depleted and simply bad.

Breakfast was okay, Service was horrible, im not sure if they have staffing shortage or what, no one on the frint desk you have to wait until someone shows. Phone in the wasnt working and when asked the frint desk she said she doesn't know how the phones work, no one checked thr room to take garbage out and replace towels on our second day, i asked for 2 coffee mugs and they said they don't have any mugs left which was really shocking to hear. I dont recommend the place for anyone they need to work on their staff and services
