This property has potential but unfortunately my stay appears to have coincided with a period of renovation. Couldn't get the tv to work in the original room so had to move everything to another room after 8:30pm. This room had an acrid odor but not wanting to move again I decided to just open the window. Outside this window was a loud hvac unit so after a while I closed the window and finally fell asleep. At about 11:30pm I was awakened by loud stomping, pounding and creaking from the room above. I notified the front desk and absolutely nothing was done. Finally, at 1am, what sounded like someone working in that room stopped. I was informed in the morning that the property was undergoing renovation and I don't doubt that this is what was going on above me. I've stayed in my share of motels and don't expect perfection but my problem is with the lack of concern on the part of the personnel present to address these issues.

People in the room right above us we stomping around and it was extremely loud! We called the front desk at 11:00 pm and were guaranteed that the noise would stop. At midnight they were still stomping back and forth across the room!

Our flights were delayed and we arrived very late. We called to inform the staff and they were so wonderful. Our room was perfect and the staff made everything very easy. Only suggestion is for breakfast to be served a bit later.

The property is a little older but the staff, breakfast and convenience of the pool / hot tub were great! The bathroom is a little cramped but clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was hot with something for everyone! Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. I appreciated the breakfast. We had to get back on the road early and this was very convenient. Oh...forgot. This is a dog friendly hotel!
