Room / bathroom somewhat dated, the dining area - tables were very dated, scratched and in need of updating. The food was average, during weekdays less choices of breakfast. The staff was courteous, hot tub was not working and under repair.

The reason why I’m only rating this hotel stay OK is because the front desk staff is not polite at all. There was no greeting like “hi, hello good evening” just a woman barking at me for my ID. Also, she didn’t even say “can I please see your ID? It was “ID”. I was digging through my bag to try to find it and then she snapped at me again with “I need your ID” I replied by telling her that I was looking for it in my bag. There also was no thank you for your stay. Have a good night. Nothing just threw the cards and said breakfast starts at 6:30 tomorrow and walked away.

Have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stay each time. I know it’s winter but the parking lot was virtually unplowed and parking proved difficult because cars were parked in strange angles so navigating the lot was challenging

The breakfast food tasted like propane. Also, my kids (teens) couldn’t swim in the pool after 10 even though we were there watching. Also, the hot tub was closed and I’m curious how long it’s been closed. The doors on the rooms are very hollow and you can hear everything in the hallway.
