⚠️ Things to Know Before You Book
• Primary renter must be 26 years or older
• Pet fee: $50 per dog, per night
• A signed rental agreement is is required
• $500 refundable security deposit hold is required
• As a small, self-managed business, we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy
• Dock is seasonal (June–Mid-October, weather permitting)
• RVs and campers are not permitted due to town ordinance — thank you for your understanding
• WiFi is generally fast, but occasional rural-area disruptions may occur
• Unauthorized guests and exceeding occupancy limit are strictly prohibited
• Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear and are very normal.
