Review for Vacasa - I would NOT book a home that is managed by Vacasa again. Customer service is so bad that I had to reach out their Director of Operations to sort out an issue.Review for property - Property was clean and well maintained. View out of 2nd floor was awesome. The sheets could be replaced as they were almost at end of their life.
Great place to stay. Clean, beautifully decorated and spectacular view. Definitely need a 4x4 to get out of the driveway when it transitions from concrete to gravel.
The house was large, clean and very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. This is a very quiet location. Ideal for having a peaceful retreat. My family enjoyed staying here while visiting other family in the area. We would definitely consider staying here again.
This is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in with VRBO. The home is fairly new so the home was in great condition. The only negative for me was parking. I have a Chevy 2500 , so I had to back out of the driveway (not a deal breaker). My daughter drove her minivan and had no issues with the driveway or parking. Overall, the home was nice and would definitely stay here again. The management company was very good and even called to make sure we got in ok.
My husband and I had a great weekend getaway. We chose the property because it reminded us of our home. Definitely need a 4x4 for the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The view was incredible!
We loved this property, I wish we couldâve stayed longer. We loved the privacy of rooms on each floor. The driveway is super steep but wasnât a problem to get out of.
Having a 4x4 vehicle is big help in getting in and out of the driveway. House was super clean and kitchen is well stocked. We didn't realize there wasn't a cheese grater until we needed it :(.
This house was amazing! Clean, exceptional views, plenty of room. The only thing...be sure you have 4-wheel drive! The driveway is pretty steep. Other than this, I would booked this again!
First of all, we were hopeful to get in earlier so we could sleep after driving all night, we were told the house would be ready by 4pm, so we let the kids play at creeks in town. At 3:31 we were told it wouldnât be ready till 6pm or later. Frustrated is an understatement. We went to the house because we had no where else to go and the kids were long past naps. The cleaning staff said they had rushed over (not their house to clean) to help out the property manager as a favor and had just got there 45 minutes before us. We were allowed to hang out in the basement area and outside and after another 45 minutes we said we would do the rest and they dropped off extra sheets to make the beds and laundry soap etx. The outside still had bottles everywhere of different kinds and chips etx on the porch. The coffee maker didnât work and James was contacted (property manager). The message had been read and no response for hours. We contacted the vacasa team which contacted him and he then responded right away and brought a coffee maker. We never complained or threw a fit about all the things until it came down to requesting a late check out. After clicking the link, it had expired and I contacted James, which again ignored my message. I contacted vacasa which right away responded to help but unfortunately said there are no exceptions to late check outs once the link expires. I responded that we just saw the email bc I donât check my email while on vacation. Basically, too bad and all we can do is offer you compensation for your grievance with the stay. Weâll, itâs been 2 weeks and still no responses. Shocking. We left the house immaculate for the cleaning crew right down the washing the towels, stripping the beds and all the trash out, dishes put away, floors cleaned etx. Super disappointed with this stay. The house is beautiful but the driveway is a disaster to get in and out of and my wheel even came off the ground at one point and slid down the driveway from the gravel. Iâm hoping the homeowner reads this and has a talk with their property manager right away.
