The owner was so incredibly nice and the cabin was cozy! We went to town for dinner and wanted to relax in the hot tub and once when we returned, Denise had it open and all set up for us to enjoy, along with larger towels in the cabin for us. I highly recommend!
The hostess Denise was very nice! We felt very welcome and everything was nice and clean! We had plenty room to walk out dog Hank! Hikking trails were not far away!
Denise and Larry were so hospitable and really went the extra mile to make our stay great - from tips on where to eat and visit, ongoing communication, welcoming us on arrival, the amenities and most those extra little touches that we really appreciated. Itâs a cozy cabin with everything we needed for our stay, itâs thoughtfully put together and has lots of character. Itâs in a great spot with a variety of choice for places to visit - or you can just hang out on the porch and enjoy the trees and wildlife on the doorstep.
Beautiful stay in the mountains. The hot tub was clean and gave a great view of the stars in the evening. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. Bed was comfy and home welcoming.
This rental is lovely, spacious and the host is very welcoming! Our Yorkie was made very welcomed here, and no extra chatges for hom was a plus. Additionally, no odor or evidence of other pets at all. Oh, and make sure you have breakfast at Haywood Cafe 209 while in the area! Wonderful patio dining area, a plus!
Lovely rental, tastefully decorated ⊠loved coffee in the mornings on the deck! Bed was quite comfortable. Cooked a full meal, steak, corn on the cob, and mashed potatoes (gas grill, air fryer, and microwave) Denise is a gracious host.. knows the area ,the best dining options, and things to do in Asheville and the surrounding areas! Hope to return soon! The Jacksons
One of the most beautiful rental locations Iâve stayed at. Everything about the apartment was stunning and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
This property was very quiet and surrounded by woods. The hot tub was a nice perk. The people who own live on site in a separate part. You get the entire first floor suite to yourself and Denise is very helpful with any questions you may have. It really was like a little home away from home. The bed and pull out are comfy.
The property was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. We're very appreciative of all the extras, the hot tub, fire pit, coffee, snacks, menu/brochures for local restaurants/events, and dog friendly. The location is beautiful and quiet but a quick drive to downtown Waynesville. Denise was a wonderful host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway retreat. We'll definitely visit again when we're in the area.
My husband and I like to go to The Thunder in the Smokies . In search to find a cabin because my daughter and her doggies decided to tag along. I found this wonderful cabin. It was the perfect price and it's close to everything that we like to do. We love to ride the Blue ridge parkway and that wasn't very far away. It's a cozy little place. Beautiful scenery, and of course dog friendly. The host Denise was absolutely wonderful. Her husband was very great as well. They made us feel welcomed and safe. They also made sure that we had everything that we needed. They also had a nice hot tub. We didn't get in the hot tub but it sure did look good . The only thing that's a little tricky was the driveway it goes up a little hill it can be a little challenging for a motorcycle if you're not experienced .
We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The area is absolutely beautiful! The apartment is the ground level of the ownerâs home. It was very clean and decorated for comfort. It has a kitchenette (with everything needed), a spacious living room (with a wood burning stove), master bedroom, and large bathroom. There is also a very lovely hot tub and fire pit. They had brownies waiting for us on arrival. The owners are very friendly and communicative. Definitely recommend checking out this property.
