Clean cabin, convenient location, close to many walking paths. Our only complaint was that the restroom facility had outside lights on all night, lighting up the inside of adjacent cabins. Difficult to sleep.

Cabins - The mattress on the bunk beds consists of a very thin piece of foam that felt like you were sleeping directly on the plywood . This needs to be upgraded as my son had to double up with the couch cushions

A little noisy with other guests not respecting the quiet times . When we entered the tiny house it wasn’t clean of my expectation , it smelled very moist and our bedding felt damp . Other than this everything else was fine in our stay .

The waterpipes were bad so you had to boil water. Tho this is out of their control, they only told me after i paid the balance. The unit had been rented, but they must have left early. Beds weren't made, floors were dirty. There is the bare minimum in the kitchen. But it is a nice place to have with kids. The pool area wasn't really kept clean but i understand its hard to keep up on.

The property is beautifully maintained and clean. The pool, hot tub, and playground were pur favorites! We also enjoyed visiting the game room. We stayed in a cottage and absolutely adored it! It was very clean and well kept with all the amenities we could need. I was pleasantly surprised by all the up to date appliances, and loved the amount of space. Our family can't wait to visit again!

We did not have hot water in our first night, we called and said that we have used up the 20gallons of hot water that’s allotted for us that day. We just checked in close to 7pm and only one person had a shower.

The property was a deluxe cabin which is a good description if you are familiar to regular cabin. The property is on well water that at times has an odor. Also, the Internet for the cabin had config issue but was able to connect with a neighboring router. Staff was wonderful and appeared to be responsive in wanting to correct an problems.
