Welcome to Little Pearl, an authentic, vintage Cape Cod cottage nestled within a quiet eight-unit association in Wellfleet’s peaceful Indian Neck Heights. Little Pearl is a classic, no-fuss cottage that is all about comfort, peace, and easy living. Clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay, it’s the perfect safe haven to slow down, enjoy the views, and experience the Cape the way it used to be.

We focus on relaxed, easy living so you can spend your energy on what matters: the beach and the views.

This is our 4th year staying at the rental and we love this little cottage. Our kids look forward to it every year; the location is perfect. We are still finding new things to do every year. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, the host was informative, and the outdoor shower is great to have after a day at the beach! We hope to return next year.
