I usually put my staff here when working in Wellington, it’s clean and tidy apart from the parking area, there has been no improvement to the carpark but now parking they have increased the parking to $40per night…it makes us second think staying here

This property was not worth what we paid. There is no servicing of the rooms, we had 2 fire evacuations while the children were sleeping, two days in a row, one at night and one early hours of the morning. A third night we were woken with a drip in our bedroom at 3am. The rooms are very 90’s decor and no usb connections anywhere and plug sockets not in easily accessible places. Reception was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The property was clean. No house cleaning while we stayed there. As we were there for four days only the lack of house cleaning was not a major issue. Staff were helpful if we required anything such as tea/coffee. The apartment was small, ideal for family with young children. The area was noisy particularly at night.

Prefect perfect. Central location walked to Museums, Cuba St and all around. Bed the best we’ve had in months of travel. City view from living room and bedroom.Several small marts nearby. The only thing that could be improved is kitchen wares - only 2 of everything, e. G., plates, bowls, knives, spoons, etc. also could use some patio chairs and small table

Great location for Homegrown and surrounding bar/restaurant options. The room was dark with no view but that's not what I was there for - it very much served its purpose with being close to everything and was well-priced for a last-minute booking. Staff very friendly.

This would have been a complete excellent review except for the fact that the fire/evacuation alarm kept going off. Twice in one night!! From those that have long term stays they say this is a regular occurrence. so if you can live interrupted sleep, ear piercing alarm and climbing down 7 flights of stairs then rest of this accomodation is excellent! But be prepared!!!!

I would definitely give this hotel a 5-star rating based on its location and overall quality, but there is one important thing to note if you're visiting during the summer months: the hotel does not have air conditioning. I was surprised to find that the entire hotel lacks AC, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot days. If you're sensitive to heat, definitely keep that in mind when booking. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location—super close to downtown, so it's perfect for exploring the area. Another thing to consider is the $40 per day parking fee, which adds up over time. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you're visiting outside the summer months.

Ageing property, both tv’s not working, washing machine not working. Balcony door not locking. Impractical to only have one lounge chair. Luckily it was only for one night, unlikely to return.
