Tidy and well-kept simple motel

Humble but very well kept. A perfect place for a low(er) cost stay in this expensive area. Plenty of parking and allowed me to leave my vehicle after checkout.

We were just there for one night and it worked well for us. It was conveniently located and the beds were pretty comfortable. It is an older facility, but clean. The air conditioning didn’t work great, but wasn’t completely broken so we did get the room sufficiently cool. Office hours are limited (we left before the office was open).

This is a return visit for us as we are always happy with the accommodations. My spouse and I agree that the mattresses are the most comfortable of anywhere we have stayed. The owners are welcoming and make staying here a pleasure. The location is close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping on Rt1.

We spent 2 nights on the property and don’t have anything unique to add. Our room was clean and well supplied. We were in town for a wedding in York which was about 10 miles away. So it was convenient for us

Excellent budget option for Maine.

Older facility, but very clean and comfortable. All the basics are accounted for; comfortable mattress, refrigerator, microwave, WiFi, tv, air conditioning. Price was good for its location and time of year. Negatives include an older floor that needs some work, shower temperature was finicky and low headroom over the toilet. Otherwise, a very pleasant choice.

Online room pictures looked better than room we got. Room very average and floor had water damage in bathroom. Beds were good. Entrance door to room was dirty. Front desk staff very nice, welcoming however. Lots of food options nearby, most drive to.

The owners were warm & inviting. The place is very clean & has an old fashioned charm. There is a heated pool. Excellent WiFi signal. Right on Route 1, restaurant across the street for lunch or dinner. Beach is .9 mile away walking.
