The hotel is under construction. There’s dusk, construction cones/tape, a mess all over the place. The welcome mats were all stained and dirty. Breakfast was limited because it’s under construction.

Front checkin under construction. A say was left to look for clerk around the corner in laundry room, found clerk leaning on door on cell phone. Other parties I was traveling with had no rooms as overbooked even though he had confirmation #. This was a bus full of college athletes that needed to be rerouted 30 minutes away.

The property is currently under going renovations. Our room was completely renovated, we were the first occupants. We had a king suite, it was great. Staff was very pleasant & extremely accommodating to us. We’ll definitely stay there again when in the area.

AC in our room did not work, blew out warm air. Called the front desk and they sent staff to check. He agreed it was not working properly. Was told the property was sold out so our room could not be changed. I asked if they had a fan and we were given a tower fan which helped move the warm air around. The tower fan had a temperature sensor and had our room at 80 degrees. There was a window to open however the screen had a hole in in it. On a positive note, the bed/mattress was comfortable.
