The desk workers was very unprofessional a lot of miss communication sheets was nasty couldn’t get them changed until 2 days after. Water was not hot and lastly the random complaints were very unnecessary I felt racially profiled I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pictures look amazing but reality is different. Old hotel bathroom is horrible. Next door was parting till AM went to the front desk multiple times asking her to talk with them. I thought it was a deal from Expedia but the hotel is really cheap. Marijuana smells all over. No I don’t recommend this place at all. Breakfast was horrible busy garbage is full floors are messy kept asking for items to be restocked.

Parking was good. Our door key didn't work, the staff could get into our room, but we couldn't. They were unable to fix it while we were there. The fridge in the room didn't work. Shower faucet dripped continuously. Outside of those things, the stay was quiet.

The hotels.com site said that pet fee is $20/pet/night. I stayed 1 night with one pet. When I was reviewing my credit card I saw that they charged me $50. Front desk staff were lovely and the room was fine.

The reservation process was easy, but when we arrived, they assigned us a very dusty room. They changed our room, but it was just as bad. The next day, the manager came to knock on our door at 9:10 in the morning, asking why we were still there. I explained the situation, but she didn't apologize; she was completely arrogant. I don't know if it's because we're Hispanic, but she behaved that way. There are better hotels in the area at the same price. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money.
If you're not allergic to dust, you can stay there, and if you don't mind the bad smell and having room service.
