A great mountains stay

A beautiful property with extensive grounds to enjoy. Provided all we needed for the extended family to make the most of the mountains, have time together & also the possibility of quiet space. Fireplace a delight when the weather turned cold. Management easy to deal with. Wentworth Falls itself is a great area. Empress Falls are worth the walk!

Friend get together

Us and another family met and stayed together in this wonderful place. It has everything we needed. We enjoyed eating outside during the day and the dinning room had plenty of space for breakfast and dinner. So much was provided we were super impressed and are keen to stay again. Thank you.

Lovely Weekend Away!

This house was great, had everything we needed. Feels secluded at the end of the culdesac. Unfortunately we couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed but that's a minor detail in an otherwise great stay!

Location is good but I think the property needs cleaning.

Our family and friends spent two nights in the property with 6 adults and 4 children. The location is nearby the Blue Mountains attractions (Scenic World, Echo Point, etc). The property location itself is very quiet. However, I think it needs some serious cleaning. The children were running around on the carpets and at their socks were all black. The floor in the kitchen was also sticky. The sink has molds on it and also the bathroom. The main bath's door is also spoilt. We are not able to use the outdoors patio as well because the ceiling is quite dirty, and the BBQ is not good to be used. It's a pretty place but I think the owners should consider deep cleaning the place. Thanks!

This house is much bigger than I imagined which was a nice surprise for the 9 of us staying for 4 nights. Lovely quiet street and cute little town, a short, easy, less than 10 minute drive to the main street of Katoomba.

Relaxing family winter getaway

Nice property. Large family home in a very quiet location. Heating worked really well and the open fire was lovely (BYO wood and fire starters). A few cleaning issues and some maintenance needed in areas but we really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location as a base for mountain activities. Wentworth Falls is a lovely spot.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. Property is well maintained and had all that we needed for a nice weekend away with friends. The house is exactly like pictured and it was so pretty driving up the driveway to the front door on a cold wintery afternoon. The house was large but also very kid friendly, which made for a relaxing weekend. The children enjoyed exploring the house surrounds and the fairy lights on the balcony a nice touch. It is situated very close to Katoomba and surrounding attractions, a short drive to the Three Sisters and Leura. Was great reading the review about fire wood previosuly so we could be prepared with bringing our own and would be helpeful to add this to the listings for others. It was nice sitting by the fire at the end of a busy day. Also highly recommend picking up Pizzas from La Fimiligia or Boss Noodle! Fantastic communication leading up to stay. We wished we had stayed longer! Will be back!

Comfortable Family RĂ©union

Plenty of room in this house for 3 generations including young children. Great heating for the cold months. The yard is magical in fine weather, great for hide and seek, tag and other games. Easy access to Katoomba and other blue mountains attractions. Only misses a 5 star rating due to some faulty lights and leaking shower head.

Family getaway

Great stay for a larger family. Lots of grounds for children to run around and teens to own their own space. Pleasant outdoor eating area for a family meal. Two bathrooms are always ideal for 5+ people. Heating/aircon works well, a real bonus. Soaps, shampoos, washing powders are provided for convenience which is important. Phone reception is not good however. Overall an enjoyable stay.
