From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:

Kitchen well stocked, including a blender! All rooms overlook the beach. There is ocean access right on the property but I'm 76 and didn't use it. There is a small cove/beach where we went in. Lots of sea urchins there. Be careful especially on exiting. Not a lot to see right there though.Our 2 bedroom unit 4 had easy access to our car.There were some maintenance issues but ours was quickly taken care of. Food prices at Foster's are really high but they have everything! I'd check in and see what's already in the cabinets before buying essentials.The place was nice and quiet, except for some weekend music at the beach next door. The other visitors were all friendly and shared good sites.Would go back.

Geeat condo! What a view! The sound of the waves crashing! Comfortable modern decor. Great outdoor space for relaxing. The well supplied kitchen had what we needed for simple meal preparation. There were some spices, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. There is a large Fosters grocery just a few minutes drive away. (Not open on Sunday). The West Bay location was ideal for us. Close enough to but less busy than the Camana Bay and cruise ship crowds. Very helpful property management team!We found a neighborhood loop to walk and enjoyed walks at Governor’s beach. We found the softer sand and beach slope at both West Bay Beach and Cemetery Beach did not make for an enjoyable walk. But the trees at all three of those beaches plus using the umbrella supplied by the condo provided a decent amount of shade. (The beaches on this side of the Island get full afternoon sun). Seven Mile Public Beach has lots of rental umbrellas and loungers but is also a popular cruise ship excursion location.We enjoyed the local BBQ stands (open on Friday and Saturday) and Heritage Kitchen. Other guests at the property had great food at Liberty’s. But we didn’t make it there. Also heard great things about Island Naturals at The Grove near Governors Beach. And there was a huge prepared food bar at Fosters. (FYI: We found it best to have one person stand in the road and stop traffic to facilitate leaving the property. A bit of a hassle but not dangerous.)We would return!

We had an amazing stay here at Seven Mile View condos. The views were breathtaking, the unit was well stocked with all the basics (towels, kitchenware, beach chairs, wifi, etc.), and the communication was exceptional. One small critique is that parking can be a little challenging for Unit 4 due to the tight space and busy road, but this won't be an issue if you choose not to rent a car. Overall, the location and views are hard to beat and we look look forward to coming back again.

Great Stay at a good location

We enjoyed our time as a family staying here. The view of the seven mile beach is beautiful and the pool area is great to hangout after the beach or at night. The location is good not too far from George Town and close to restaurants and grocery store. Renting a car is a must as it allows you to move around the island easily and from this location is convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well supplied with the basics. Customer service was great and the communication was top notch.

Property is located at the end of seven mile beach. Small condo complex that is private and serene. Pool is beautiful and overlooks the entire beach are with an excellent view of the cruise ships coming in. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need. The beach right off the shore is small and rocky but two beautiful beaches are both a short drive away. To lead with the positive, the view was lovely, the unit was nice, wifi was great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There were PLENTY of cups and glasses and cooking was easy. On the other hand….To say we were surprised by the lack of patio area, shade and privacy, is an understatement. There was one umbrella for 3 tables and about a dozen chaises. Every guest was clamoring for shade. The pool area is very small and each unit’s sliding door opens directly onto it. There is no space to walk without crossing your neighbor’s space. Oddly, the upstairs has lanai seating at 2 units. At one point, a guest was so desperate for shade he parked himself on the lanai chair in front of my bedroom. There were other guests who had commandeered corners for themselves while playing loud music and drinking. Not to begrudge other peoples idea of a vacation, but the space did not afford the option of being away from others unless you were in direct sun. The parking for our unit was challenging. The condos sit directly on a busy street and exiting (from the space assigned to unit #4) required another person to direct the driver when the road was clear so we could back out into the street. To reiterate, the condo itself was comfortable (floors were dirty, however) and if you don’t mind a lot of sun and are ok with the crapshoot of who your very close neighbors might be, the sunsets were beautiful and the swimming was very nice.

A GREAT home-away-from-home!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our villa (#4) that was our choice for my wife & I in one room and our friend in the other room. This was the PERFECT home-away-from-home!!! All villa rooms have a beautiful view of the ‘Infinity’ pool, the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach. There was easy stair access to the ocean to go swimming/snorkeling, and access to the beach was a very, very short walk (2 minutes). The drive to George Town was between 15-20 minutes depending on traffic e.g. this depended on if a cruise ship was in Port or not. The supermarket was a 2-minute drive, just down the road (you pass it every time you drive ‘home’ to the villas). I promise that you will not be disappointed with a stay at Seven Mile View!!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!!!

Gorgeous inside and out

Where do I start? The view from the condo was amazing. Both bedrooms had a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea, the open kitchen and living room had the same view. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleanup. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a full bath on the first level, which was super convenient. The pool area had multiple seating areas, a grill for cooking (which we didn't use but it looked nice), and the pool itself was even more perfect than it looks in the photo. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly when we had questions. Renting a car was suggested by the host but we didn't feel comfortable with driving on the island. We took the public bus to seven mile beach area for dinner and activities or we walked to Heritage Kitchen for dinner (the Cayman style snapper was a favorite). The walk to the bus was short, some places there was little room for pedestrians, but we walked off the road a bit and the drivers slowed down. The bus will pick up and drop off at the driveway but we found it just as easy to get on at the 4 way stop and off at the beach.

This is a very nice condo right on the water on the north side of 7 mile beach. Very clean and very well updated/maintained. Pool area is great and ample parking.a” All electronics/internet worked great. Only minor issues. One, the water in the showers was lukewarm. I’m sure they can correct it. The other issue was not the property’s fault. The short walk to the beach included a walk by/through a sketchy property with what appeared to be a homeless encampment. Not sure they can do anything about that and the drive to multiple great beaches was short. Overall, great rental with very responsive manager!
