Cozy Main Living Area: Gather around the stone gas-log fireplace on cool mountain evenings. Stream your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV equipped with basic cable and a ROKU stick, or enjoy 100 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi.

Great Mountain Getaway

We had a very nice stay at Absolute High. This was our 1st time booking a vacation rental through Vrbo. The cabin was very clean and spacious. There is a game room and a media room downstairs. There is nice view of the mountains from the back deck. We cooked out on the grill! The location is perfect. It's just a short drive into town and also close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We would definitely book this location again.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Absolute High. Small glitch with the fireplace so be sure to ask if gas has been delivered if looking to rent soon. Otherwise, nothing but great things to say-well stocked-very clean and cozy. Would definitely rent here again.

The perfect Christmas cabin

We arrived to snow! The house is located at the top of the mountain and there are gorgeous views from the top of the driveway to the mountains on one side and another expansive, gorgeous view of the mountains and valley stretching out behind the house from the back windows and porches. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable and it was the perfect holiday retreat.

Great Views, Cottage and Location

The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished, but a little cozy for larger groups. Full disclosure, we were there for Thanksgiving and there were 4 Master Chefs (in our own minds) trying to prepare the dinner at the same time (LOL). Anyway... we had a wonderful time, the cabin was lovely, everything in the cabin worked and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, with wonderful views. and quiet relaxation.

Great views

The cabin had great views and was short drive to the town. Overall the stay great, the basement area was mostly unusable because of how cold it was so I would request a space heater. The doors are also difficult to open and lock. Other than those minor inconveniences, the place was nice. Would recommend.

This Cabin is within minutes of Downtown West Jefferson to a Variety of Wonderful Shopping and Restaurants. We loved the location and the cabin was well stocked and very nicely decorated. They had put out fall decorations which made it feel so homey. The view from the decks are incredible. The neighborhood is full of deer and we enjoyed seeing them on morning walks with our dog. We had an issue logging in on the TV, but the management company was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Hope to visit again soon!

Driveway is a little tricky and washed on the upper end. Individuals with limited mobility will be limited to main floor as steps to lower and upper levels are narrow and slick. The location was perfect - close to hiking and 5 minutes from groceries and town. The downside to us was that the "hot tub" was not actually a hot tub but a jetted bathtub. Our family was really looking forward to a family soak in a hot tub, but this was not possible with the set up. All in all it was a great set up for a few days away.
