This hotel was wonderful in the past, but was not nearly as clean and well taken care of this stay. Most employees were kind and helpful but the circuit driver for the hotel was rude. The coffee shop was being renovated and was being ran out of the bar area.

Uncomfortable Easter Sunday night with random folks not staying at hotel riding elevator, need to feel secure. Also the shuttle should have car seats, this is a nice convenience so you don’t have to rent a car.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I especially loved the beautiful pool area and the convenience of being so close to downtown attractions.
