First the Cons (which were few):The location relative to downtown was a bit farther than I planned on. It was at least a 30-45 minute walk downtown and another 20 minute walk to the beach from there which meant that it was probably better to rent a car which I did not. All good, thatâs on me. And the only other con is that I wished the place had a coffee maker instead of a pour over (which I usually love, but when youâre looking to get up and at âem for the day, itâs inconvenient to wait for coffee.Lots of Pros:5 minute walk to Pumphouse coffee. Awesome! 5 minute walk to the District which was a cool little area with a great restaurant, Isla & Co.! Place was super clean and very quiet. And at the end of very long days, to collapse in that bed with those incredible pillows was heavenly! Would definitely stay here again!
The Suite was nice but needed some updating. The suite is on the third floor and the elevator did not work the whole 2 weeks I was there. I had to extend my stay because I was there for work and climbing those stairs got tiresome. Then a dog pooped on the steps and walking past that everyday made it worse. If you have luggage be ready to lug them up three flights of stairs. The neighborhood is not a walkable neighborhood.
