They did not let us stay there because our dog was over 15 pounds. They also told us they didn’t know how to reimburse pre-payment from Expedia. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would never recommend this hotel in this town. I have stayed at other comfort Inns with the same dog told them it was 35 pounds and there was never an issue.
Neil was on duty when we checked in and he was awesome, made everything so smooth and simple. He was helpful with everything we had questions about. The daytime staff were all really friendly and helpful, too.
We stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights. It was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room and quiet. If we come down again, we'll be sure to book a room. It's also next door to a steakhouse and the food is real good.
This was a lovely facility that has just been renovated. As it was Christmas time, the staff had completely decorated the first floor lobby and breakfast areas. There were fresh cookies when we checked in, which was nice after a long drive in the fog! At breakfast the manager brought everyone little holiday gift bags with cute lotions and a few small drug store items. Breakfast had many items including waffles, eggs and sausage, hash, browns, biscuits and gravy as well as yogurts her boiled eggs and cereals. All of the staff were delightful and kind making us feel at home. This is our new favorite halfway stop!
This property was very conveniently located. It was clean and cozy. The Christmas decorations were very welcoming and everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
