This might be my current favorite Peppermill property. It was quiet, all the staff were super nice, and the room was nice with a comfy bed and excellent shower (all Peppermills have excellent showers). Aside from Peppermill's $400 Tuscany Tower suite in Reno, the Rainbow has my favorite bed out of all the company's properties. Had a very late dinner at the restaurant, which was also my favorite of all the Peppermill diners aside from the O.G. one on the Vegas strip, with notably better-prepared food than either Reno location, and a really chill staff.

The room was great only down side coffee maker didn't work and you could smell the cigarette smoke coming from the maids storage/office area.

I am 78 years old- I asked the desk clerk to place me somewhere close because I cannot walk far. She put me on a 4 th floor room with a broken elevator, and she did not program the key card. After walking a mile back, they told me I could go elsewhere! Then they called security, and Michael was mad when he arrived- he told me to shut up and leave- I poked him with a finger, 6 young me attacked me handcuffed me, twisted my skin until it bled, marked me walk through the casino handcuffed, when I had an asthma attack he refused to in cuff me until his boss made him. The police were very kind, drove me to my car and said” that is quite a long walk. Michael should be fired. I am considering suing for elder abuse. This is the worst hotel in existence- they allow a group of untrained 18 year olds to push customers around- you don’t like what they do? Go elsewhere! the staff is belligerent, untrained and u helpful. They offered me no bellman assistant, did not even show me where the room was when I asked. I will never, ever again return to any of Peppermill property. They will hear from my attorney as well!

The restaurant customer service was HORRIBLE! Once we got seated we got forgot about. Dinner wasn't as bad but breakfast service was the some of the worse we've had. The food was on point though!
