Our stay at the Viana Hotel was specifically booked for our wedding weekend! My husband, my sister and I were all so pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the hotel! The staff so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious very very clean, and just hotel itself- all simply amazing! There were also other families and friends celebrating at the hotel while we were there, which made it even more of a really great time! ! We can’t wait to go back soon to take advantage of the spa packages /services!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect. It is convenient to the Wantaugh and Northern State Pkwys and many restaurants on Jericho Tpke. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The carpeting looked new. What we really appreciated was the fact that the A/C / Heater was not next to the window so that when it turned on, it didn't blow on the bed. We stay in many hotels where that is the problem. The bathroom was very clean and we had plenty of hot water. The only feature I would add is a handheld shower spray but most hotels don't provide that. We had a microwave, small refrigerator and hair dryer. The TV had all the local channels plus HBO. The breakfast was included. It was both hot and cold food. My daughter also stayed in a king room and she also had good comments about the hotel. She injured the lemon water and various hot teas that were provided at the entrance. I will make this my hotel whenever I return to Long Island.

The decor was lovely and front desk clerk very nice. The main room light did not function and housekeeping knocked on my door @ 9:30am when checkout isn’t until 11am which was so annoying. Then the housekeeping staff were cackling in the hallway!

While i didn’t take advantage of the spa, the stay itself was phenomenal. The staff that i interacted with were all very nice. I would absolutely recommend this place if you need a staycation and peace and quiet!
