good stay and cheap price!

It was a good stay and clean. The only issue is that the door wouldn't lock correctly, and there was only 1 plug in the family room. The room could also do with a mini-fridge, but I liked the room and the lovely seaside view. The staff left us in peace, which was a nice change from other hotels.

Although decor in room was in need of a spruce up . The bed was very comfy , shower excellent, towels lovely white and fluffy . Only saw person who checked us in once and unfortunately not even a smile or hello. Wish the lift had been working though bit of a struggle for a 72 year old to climb stairs . Really no further problems and very good for the price .

Avoid this dive.

Our two night stay, lasted ten minutes. The lobby is totally bare, the room was tiny, grotty and electrically unsafe. The mattress is worn out. We took our bags to the room, looked at the state of it, sat on the bed, and basically hit the base. We then walked down the road to another hotel, and booked in there. We returned, collected our bags, dropped the key off, and left. I have never seen such a dive, and you couldn't even pay me to stay there.

The room was ok but it was meant to be a room with a sea view. The shower part was dirty had to try and clean it the best I could before I put my children in plus there was broken tiles behind the toilet.

We booked last minute so not a lot was available in Weston. I read the reviews which were mixed but had set my expectations accordingly. The worst thing about it was the smell in the room. I couldn’t identify it at all. Not quite smoky or weed but very unpleasant none the less. There was no windows to open, only a door which led onto a ‘balcony’ which was also shared by other rooms so couldn’t leave that open over night. Bed was uncomfortable, duvet and base too small for the mattress. The room next to us, they were literally shouting all night. None of us got any sleep at all. Would not recommend this place at all. Would have been better sleeping on the beach or in the car! Quite possibly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

We had extension leads dangerously across floor to use tv, broken head light,, broken pole in wardrobe,, false advertisement about bed and breakfast ,, top floor right at the back couldn’t open curtain because it was a junk yard,,it was very clean

There was chewing gum stuck to the wall next to the bed the cupboard door was nailed on so when I went to open the door came off In my hand and fell on my foot shower was dirty and the view from window was stairs with loads of rubbish absolutely not happy with the stay

This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon.

Don’t waste your money , vile hotel

Avoid at all costs! Disgusting hotel, everything looks tacky and dirty. The room itself was awful we couldn’t believe what a state we had to stay in , luckily only for one night . Didn’t want to touch anything because everything looked dirty , and it was full of drunks and druggies screaming and shouting all night and the walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything. Advertised as staff on reception 24/7 however we only saw one member of staff when we first checked in just to grab the key, we didn’t go into the room as we were rushing out for the day so when we arrived on the night at about 10pm there was no staff and we walked into the worst room we’ve ever set foot in, then the next morning again no staff on reception so we just had to leave the key there. What an absolute waste of money this hotel was over £70 for one night and I’d rather have slept outside in our car ! Oh and a towel lay on the floor by the toilet like a bath mat! No shower in room either just a sink and toilet

The room served its purpose but wouldnt say it was worth 50 pound for 1 night the bed was disgustingly stained the was one plug in the room witch had a mutli socker and extension lead pluged it across the room kettle had to be sat on the floor to boil mugs where disgustingly stained and dirty aswell on suite door didnt close allthough stayed with my wife some thing should be private still veiw from window was hurendous as rubbish was everywhere aswell as in the limited carparking area was littereed with mattresses and all sorts of rubbish its a shame as its in a brilliant location and can see it could be so much more and better then what it is when we found our room the curtains where closed and i see why as buliding work happening next door but thats no reason for the rubbish tiles broken in the on suite and shower door broken all in we had a great time but definitely wont be staying again
