Listing included amenities such as pool, hot tub and fitness center but these were not accessible due to missing fob. We contacted host company who indicated they would send a local manager to give a fob but this did not happen

This is the second time we have stayed in this particular unit. It is very tired very worn out. Pot and pans are a joke. Carpets need replaced couch has stained and the cushions slide off. It could definitely use some love and a good deep cleaning.. I don’t think I would choose this unit again.

I wasn't very pleased at all with this property. It was unclean when I arrived. Hair on the hard floors, damp towels in the dryer, moldy shower curtain, someone's sticks in the bathroom drawer. The carpet is heavily stained, kitchen tap leaks, tea towels in the drawer not folded, window blinds that didn't work. There were a lot of things that just made me wonder if the need linen was even changed. Definitely not worth what I paid for this rental. I travel a lot and this was probably the worst accommodation I have had.

The location of our condo was beautiful. It was right off the beach and made the ocean very accessible. We enjoyed that. The check in process was also made quite easy which was appreciated. The condo itself however was a bit different. The kitchen was not stocked with all cooking supplie so we had to borrow a can opener from the neighbor. There were no garbage bags or a receptical to place garbage after it accrued in our condo. The floors were dirty. The carpet was white with multiple brown stains. The bathroom wasnt completely cleaned and a dirty rag was still hanging in the master bathtub as was there still sand on the floor. The guest bed was minus a top sheet and the bedspread was dirty. There was extra bedding, no sheets though, but the extra bedding was wadded up in a bedroom closet.

Dirty carpets, grey towels meant to be white; coffee maker banjaxed; painters banging ladders against windows disturbing our sleep
..it just goes on. Beach was beautiful but would never recommend it to friends.

this was my first time at the ocean and I will be returning. I love the location, I love the atmosphere, and my favorite thing is this is where you go to see the ocean. You do not go here if you want the beach.

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach was literally right out the door! Would definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely long weekend.

Property in Complete Disrepair

The condo was in a spectacular location with beautiful peek a boo views of the ocean. It was spacious and laid out nicely. Unfortunately, the property was in complete disrepair and never should have been on a VRBO site to rent. It is a Vacassa property and Vacassa was completely incompetent to deal with. They were aware of the pathetic condition of the property yet continued to rent it out. It was also clear that the owners hadn’t been willing to do any basic upgrades in a very long time. A list of some of the issues: Blinds on living room window and deck door were completely broken and couldn’t be raised to see the ocean views. Bedroom screens were punched out of windows and were laying in the grass two stories down. Fireplace wouldn’t light. Ice maker completely broken. Towels were threadbare and stained. Bedding was old and stained. Blood in the shower. Blood and drool on the bedding and pillow cases. Black mold on both shower curtains. Top of the fridge was nothing but grease and fuzz. The deck was so disgustingly moldy and filthy that we couldn’t even begin to sit out there on the beautiful 68 degree fall day without getting our own cleaning supplies and scrubbing everything down. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and emailed the local Vacassa office with some of our questions and concerns that Sunday evening. We emailed them again on Monday but never got any response at all. We called the Vacassa 800 number on Monday afternoon and the agent said she would “Start a Ticket

Westport condo

The condo was extremely clean and easy to get che ked into. Because it is a rental, the walls were scuffed with paint chipping and the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Those werent a big deal to us, it made me feel less anxious with the kids. Over all very clean, the closest to the beach and has a heated pool.

Excellent stay.

Very happy with my choice, I extended my stay a week. Rental is within 200 feet of the beautiful and wild Pacific Ocean. Untold natural beauty that I drove from Texas to see. Rental is as advertised. Very clean unit. Complete set of dishes, cookwear, linen. Comfortable bed. Full cable channel selection. Very peaceful at night, you can hear the ocean if you leave your window cracked at night.
