Everything was fine except our bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet has piss around the base and the floor of the bathroom was not clean. Very disappointing

Winter snow storm, roads were closed and we were not able to get to hotel. They would not cancel our room and give us a refund or room credit because of hotel policy. Manager did not return phone call after I left a message with the front desk. Disappointing because we would have stayed a few weekends this winter.

Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 AM to 10 AM we got down at 9:30 sausage just have to give the eggs would you have coffee made on request ! staff worker started warming up eggs, sausage, and potatoes. How many people kept coming down checking empty empty containers finally after 1520 minutes I got some scrambled eggs, sausage potatoes not enough to see everyone. Couple came down with her three children at 9:50 had a piece of toast and the mother has a waffle at 10 o’clock sharp staff worker close everything up. No one even had a chance to go back for second not acceptable Not a good way to start the new year. You’re very disappointed. I think she thought once everything was empty, she didn’t have to replace that breakfast is supposed to be from 7 AM till 10 AM and it should’ve been kept full! We pay for that breakfast! Felt like get out of here we’re done with you ! We were not impressed!!!!!

I was requested a ground floor but did not realize I would be getting a wheelchair assembly shower. That’s fine but the room smelt of pot all night long. To an amount it could not sleep at all. Twice I had to ask people to stop drinking beer outside of my outside door. The smell was unbearable. The staff member at the front desk was super kind and easy to deal with however I don’t think I will be staying here again. If I do, it would have to not be on the ground floor and away from any smoking area outside which may be hard to find.

Room was spotless clean upon entrance. The bathroom counter wasn’t wiped or garbages emptied though between first and second night. Breakfast was phenomenal and generally enjoyed the stay

The room was good, spacious. Bed needed an upgrade that it has hollows and dips. Breakfast was fantastic and was nice and quiet. Overall happy.
