We had a lovely stay and the people were lovely too. It's very much a guest house and as such it is small and I liked the social interactions with the owners and other guests at breakfast. We didn't mind going up all the stairs to the top room and the view out to sea from there was great. But, just keep in mind that a Guesthouse is not the same as staying in a hotel and if you need a lift, porters, concierge, tourism desk, then this is not that. But it is much more reasonable on price and, as I said, the people there were lovely and I'm always happy to chat for ages. So, if you like it friendly and intimate this is a great choice.

Wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms with fantastic views. Room supplied with everything you need including a fridge. Excellent breakfast with great local produce. Would recommend.

Fantastic Guest House!

This stay was lovely and Hyacinth and Danny were excellent hosts went above and beyond every time and the breakfasts were lovely and catered for two vegans! We stayed in Room 1 and the sea view was lovely - it is something we miss so dearly after this holiday - great for people watching!

Amazing location, wonderful host and very nice breakfast. The views from the hotel are really the best, view from our bedroom was showing the marina, and from tye front one can see the entire bay of Weymouth. The location is also pretty quiet for where it is. We have slept with open window.

We were warmly welcomed and given the keys early, and able to drop our bags off, so we could come back when the room was ready and let ourselves in. The room was small but had two chairs by the window which was lovely for looking out at the beach whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The fridge was great for keeping drinks cool and being able to use fresh milk was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast ingredients were of a high quality.

Lovely little guest house.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a guest house. The bed was extremely comfortable. The proprietor was so warm and friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. I was also impressed by how clean the property was. The view from our room was amazing. We looked out onto Weymouth Bay. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Very welcoming hosts,with the property in good condition given its history as a Victorian era terrace. Well positioned close to the Pavillion. Breakfast freshly cooked and good quality. Parking on street with a permit supplied by the host, which is a big help as parking in Weymouth can be problematic. Would return.
