Vorsicht vor diesem Hotel! Das Premier Inn Weymouth Seafront hat leider definitiv KEINEN Premier Inn Standard.
Was ist passiert:
Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. Daher wurden wir nicht in unsere Zimmer gelassen. Wohlgemerkt nach einer bis dahin 17 stündigen Anreise mit dem Zug von Düsseldorf. Auf die Toilette durften wir, welche sich wie Gefangene fühlten trotz 2 kleinen Kindern NICHT gehen! Es wurde verlangt, dass wir nochmal zahlen sollten, was wir verweigerten. Die Versuche von Expedia dem Hotelpersonal zu erklären, dass alles bereits gebucht und bezahlt wurde zogen sich über 2 Stunden hin. Endlich im Zimmer angekommen stellten wir nun fest das dieses über Gebühr dreckig war. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte natürlich nicht und das Bad stank als seien wir auf einer Bahnhofstoilette. Der Gestank kam dabei aus der Toilette. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk und daher die Vermutung, dass der Gulli direkt unter unserem Badezimmer war. Der Geruch war unerträglich.
Wir einigten uns mit dem Hotel auf eine Erstattung in Höhe des Frühstückspreises von 131,88 GBP. Diese sind uns am 03.08.2025 bestätigt worden. Leider aber bis heute nie angekommen. Unzählige Emails mit Premier Inn halfen nichts wir haben kein Geld bekommen. Daher bitte bei diesem Hotel sehr vorsichtig sein!
