The hotel was exceptionally clean. Our kids and grandkids loved the pool/spa area - what a treat. The staff went above and beyond. They provided shuttle service for our large group of 8 all over Wheeling! But we had a big snafu with Hotels.Com, so next time we will reserve directly through the hotel. We will definitely stay here again, and eliminate the third party.

Stink bug haven

Mark provided exceptional service. Upgrade was nice but found stink bugs all over the room ! My children terrified. The pull out bed was not comfortable- springs were poking.
