The room was small and clean. However the heating system is so old that the unit in the room clicks on and off every 20 seconds and sounds like an airplane taking off. We could not sleep at all with all this noise so got up at 2 am to turn off the system. The room cooled down but we were able to get a couple of hours sleep before our big ski day.

Average. The rooms did not meet what I expected from the photos. Not a place for a romantic couple. Okay for as a family stay. Note one elevator and some rooms are on a seperate floor as you have to take stairs even though you still need to use the elevator.

The location couldn’t have been better for skiing (which we didn’t do) and just enjoying the village. The room was spacious and well laid out, and while older, the bathroom looked recently updated. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but my FAVOURITE thing about the hotel were the fireplaces! A REAL fireplace that we thoroughly enjoyed. You must use special preformed logs from the front desk but the first one is free, and any after that are only $5. Well worth it for hours of warm flickering light, it’s so peaceful. On Christmas eve they delivered Rocky mountain chocolates (YUM) and a bottle of wine to our room, a very nice unexpected gift. I would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were closed, and this is not mentioned when booking. I did get a text from a general manager welcoming us and letting us know, but at that point it was too late to cancel without being charged. Disappointing as I was truly looking forward to a warm soak Christmas eve and a nice swim Christmas morning. I will say we did receive LOTS of correspondence from various managers before, during and after our stay. I don’t think I’ve ever felt that my experience and opinion mattered more than it did to the management of this hotel and it was APPRECIATED! Overall a fantastic experience with very comfy bed, nice clean room, good service and a great price for the area.

The room was not what it showed to be on the pictures. We booked 3 rooms all three rooms had stains all over the couches. The washrooms were dirty and not cleaned properly including hair in the stand up shower in one of the rooms. We checked out right away the moment we looked at the room after check in.

Excellent location, parking was easier than I thought. You can drive to the underground parking spot assigned via msg, and then load your stuff and get up to the lobby through the elevator. The hotel and the room are a bit old but no big deal. One trick part is, for the loft room I booked, I need to first take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk stairs down half floor to reach my room. Noise was minimal during my stay, guess it’s still early skiing season. Noise might be an issue during peak season. The location itself is excellent. You can walk to the Whistler gondola in 3 minutes, and lots of restaurants nearby.

There were holes in the wall. They did not have a proper fitted sheet on the bed and instead used a normal bed sheet tucked into the mattress. They also did not use a duvet cover, they simply had the duvet loose in-between sheets which was very unhygienic. The bedside tables and dresser in the bedroom were also scratched and marked up quite badly. The main room was lovely, but the mess in the bedroom area took away from that.

Great get away, great bed, comfy couch and kitchen. That charge for fire logs. Hot tub on deck. Pretty quiet. Staff helpful and great central location. I certainly would ask for this room again.

The location is great. The staff are kind and helpful. Room was clean and I was able to check in an hour early which was nice. My room was unfortunately right above the dumpster area so I was awakened early each morning to the trucks beeping & lifting up and dumping out the contents of the bins. The room has basic amenities - bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Has a smart tv but with very few channels and a fireplace that you have to purchase a synthetic log from the desk to use. The bathroom is the mudroom style - really small and nowhere to put anything and the whole room is a shower so the floor completely floods but they give you a squeegee to push it all toward the drain. The ceilings are very high and the room has lots of windows - the downside is that it's hard to keep the room warm. In addition to the electric baseboard, they do give you a portable heater on wheels. I just ended up wearing multiple layers to stay warm.
