Located in the heart of Whistler village. Overall nice and clean property. Our washroom was bit too small. No cupboard, no microwave and no safe. Maybe they have other better rooms. Parking was another issue, no parking was available at the property, so have to park in a public parking lot which is luckily very close and free between 5pm to 8am. Public parking is very cheap but gets fill up very quickly.

Property was average. Lift was out of order so up and down 3 levels with suitcases wasn't great. Small box air con down stairs which made downstairs freezing but the bedroom loft was boiling. Cieling fan didnt work which may of circulted some hot air down. There was a tower fan upstairs i am guessing due to the vroken cieling fan but it was extremely noisy and just circulated the hot air upstairs . After first night i mentioned the broken fan and heat but seemed to fall on deaf ears. The hallways were blowing hit air out of the air con ducts even over heardthe houskeeping staff talking about it.

We were put in a room That was not as described by Expedia. It listed that It had a balcony and separate eating/kitchen area which is had neither. Our original room also had a bodily fluid mark on the headboard…… The staff were lovely and swapped our room but we were surprised with the lack of discount or even an offer of free parking.

Sweet room

Where do I start?… From the moment I arrived David greeted me at the door open the door parked my car handled my luggage all the way to my room. He was efficient and professional. When I approached the front desk, Dennis was very accommodating. He offered to pick us up from the airport, he also offered us any sundries we could possibly need. And he explained all the hotels amenities. We returned our rental car and Derrick came in the company car and picked us up! He drove very safely and as we went, he explained all the fun and exciting things to do around the hotel. Honestly, this was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is amazing! When in town, I will always stay here. I give it a 10/10. Btw… the pictures for the advertisement do not do it justice. It is far more beautiful than you think.
