Extremely dated and nothing like the photos online that I booked based upon. Photos show a lovely exterior, nice check in area and lovely new spacious rooms. We show up at the hotel and go through this small side door, to the tinniest lobby I’ve ever seen where they have crammed so poor lovely staff member into a corner at a little check in desk. They don’t Have parking for a standard sized truck so my husband had to walk 10 min after parking way off site with valuable in the box of the truck that were too big and heavy to bring in. Rickey old revelatory to the 3rd floor where we then wondered through the offset maze to get to our room…we went around corners, down some stairs, up some stairs and were so lost by the time we got to the room. When we got to the room, it was so old and small I couldn’t believe it!! It was absolutely. Nothing like the photo on their website or Expedia. We decided to do pool and hot tub. The children got dressed in their swimsuits, we hopped in the elevator, then saw the sign in the elevator that pool access is in another building at a ‘sister’ hotel!!!! I am livid!!. I'd leave immediately but the children are young and already past bed time so I’m stuck in the false advertising crap hotel! Good lord as I am writing this the kitchen sink is backing up in to the shower. Hair all in the shower, layers of thick dust on bed side light. Broken and damaged decor in the room, bathroom door super water damaged. LIVID!!

Really affordable and great location, but you get what you pay for. Small, warm rooms. Tiny lobby that gets really crowded at check-in. Very limited parking options for luggage drop off. Walls in the shower were a little dirty. Hotel just seems old and a little run down. But the price is right and the location is perfect. Staff were also friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. My only issue is that the elevator hasn’t been working and I wish something was done to fix that, like perhaps moving us to the other mountain side location where the elevator was working (I am assuming). We were traveling with my mother and she has a hurt knee and going up and down the stairs was not ideal for her and I think made it worse.

Great location that I’ve stayed at previously. Now it’s run down, glass shower door fell off, very dangerously. Elevator didn’t work. No hairdryer. TV didn’t work. Stairway to parking in disrepair. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Overall a dump
