Overall, this is a beautiful townhome at a great location. It was super clean, with modern finishes and amenities. This isn't really ski-in ski-out and definitely not 10m away. More like 250m. It's one of the last townhomes in the complex, so you have to walk the entire driveway, some stairs, and a very icy trail. I'm assuming this might be different given enough snow, but certainly not the case for us.I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than 6. There are two bathrooms, one is the 3rd floor master ensuite, the other on the 1st floor. Which means most guests will likely end up sharing the one bathroom downstairs. We were a group of 6 and were out of towels by the end of our 3rd night of stay with showering and hot tub use. We also ran out of hot water when everyone came back from skiing and wanted to shower around the same time. There's only one reserved parking spot provided and access to the garage is through a shared key. You can park a flight of stairs away from the front door to unload. There are other visitor spots in the garage shared by the whole complex. We didn't run out of visitor spots, but I'm assuming that's a risk during busier weekends with larger groups. Juggling the parking key might become a hassle if different cars want to leave and return on their own schedule. We also ran into some isolated issues: our hot tub stopped maintaining heat on the 2nd day and there were no dishwasher tablets provided.
